La 14ª Bienal de La Habana tiene como objetivo redireccionar y actualizar los contenidos y su estructura de acuerdo con las nuevas dinámicas y contextos a partir de proyectos artísticos que establezcan una plataforma de reflexión sobre el desarrollo de la civilización desde los territorios del arte como un espacio plural y descentralizado.

Así, la edición cambia su duración habitual para, por primera vez, abarcar un periodo de casi seis meses durante los cuales iremos progresivamente sumando experiencias que, desde la teoría y la práctica artística, pongan de manifiesto el potencial emancipatorio del arte y la cultura, así como su capacidad para reflexionar sobre el presente y el futuro del planeta.

Segura formará parte de la Experiencia 3: Regreso al porvenir, programada del 25 de marzo al 30 de abril de 2022.

The 14th Havana Biennial is intended to redirect and update the contents and structure of the Biennial according to the new dynamics and contexts. Aiming once again at the challenge of deciphering our reality from artistic projects that establish a platform for reflection on the development of civilization from the territories of art as a plural and decentralized space.

Thus, the edition changes its duration covering a period of almost six months during which it will gradually add up experiences that, from the theory and practice of art, reveal the emancipatory potential of art and culture, as well as their capacity to reflect on the present and future of the planet.

Segura will be part of Experiencia 3: Regreso al porvenir [Return to the Future], scheduled from 25 March to 30 April 2022.
